Verwechslungen von Proben oder Patienten, Fehlbestimmungen, neu nachweisbare irreguläre
Alloantikörper, Antikörper gegen niedrigfrequente Antigene, gegen Reagenzienbestandteile
oder gegen das Merkmal A1. Ein standardisierter Arbeitsfluss hilft, die Ursachen rationell und schnell aufzuklären
und so eine sichere Versorgung des Patienten zu ermöglichen.
