Hintergrund
Die Arteriitis temporalis ist eine systemische Erkrankung, die auch außerhalb unseres Faches gravierende Symptome entwickeln und sehr schwer, sogar tödlich verlaufen kann. Einen solchen Fall stellen wir hier vor.
