Diagnostik und Therapie von Vorhofseptumaneurysmen

Frage: Durch verbesserte Ultraschallgeräte finde ich als Zufallsbefund bei sonst asymptomatischen Patienten jetzt öfters bei Echokardiographien Vorhofseptumaneurysmen.

Wie und bei welcher Ausprägung sollte eine weitere Diagnostik erfolgen und wie sollte die Therapie aussehen?
