Abstract

Some novel asymmetry steroidal phosphates, phosphorothioates, phosphoroselenoates, and phosphoramidates were synthesized by oxidation or conjugation with amines using the Atherton-Todd reaction. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, and ESI-MS spectroscopy.
