Zusammenfassung

Haltungsrichtlinien, die sich für eine normale Wirbelsäule eignen, können bei entsprechenden Dysfunktionen kontraindiziert sein. Aus diesem Grund sollten sie der individuellen Anatomie, Konstitution und Umwelt angepasst werden.

Die vorliegende Studie soll gesunde Sitzhaltung auf der Basis wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse definieren.

Abstract

Posture guidelines which are suitable for the normal spire may be contraindicated for specific spinal dysfunctions. Therefore, the individual anatomy, constitution and environment should be taken into consideration.

The objekt of this study ist to define healthy posture on the base of scientific evidence.
