Zusammenfassung

Ziel dieser retrospektiven Studie war es, Veränderungen der Zahnbogendimension bei Patienten im Wechselgebiss mit Klasse-II-Malokklusion nach Gaumennahterweiterung, anschließender Multiband-Multibracket-Therapie und Retention darzustellen und mit einer nicht behandelten Kontrollgruppe zu vergleichen.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess changes in dental arch dimensions in patients with mixed dentition and dental class II after rapid maxillary expansion (RME), followed by fixed orthodontic treatment and retention compared to untreated controls.
