Zusammenfassung

APN in der Intensivpflege Die komplexe Versorgung und die häufige Multimorbidität von intensivpflichtigen Patienten erfordern hohe Kompetenz und ausgezeichnete Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team. Advanced Practice Nurses (APN), die über einen Abschluss als Master of Science verfügen, haben vertiefte und erweiterte Kompetenzen erlangt, um eine hohe Pflege- und Versorgungsqualität am Patientenbett zu leisten und gleichzeitig die Zusammenarbeit in interprofessionellen Teams zu unterstützen und zu fördern.
