Vor allem unter Sportlern sind Tendinopathien gefürchtet, da die Rehabilitation oft viel Geduld verlangt. Die betroffene Sehne ist dick, schmerzhaft und wenig belastbar. Sich zu schonen, hilft auf Dauer genauso wenig wie einfach weiterzumachen und durchzuhalten. Zwei Sehnenexperten geben Einblicke, wie Tendinopathien entstehen und welche Übungen effektiv sind.
