Abstract

Raumforderungen der Leber sind häufig ein sonografischer Zufallsbefund. Dann ist es wichtig, die Dignität sicher zuzuordnen. Die Kontrastmittelsonografie (CEUS) ermöglicht eine der CT und der MRT vergleichbare Detektionsrate von Lebermetastasen. Auch die Einschätzung der Dignität und der Artdiagnose von Lebertumoren (Hämangiom, FNH und hepatozelluläres Adenom) ist im gesunden Leberparenchym bei einem Großteil der Patienten möglich.
