Zusammenfassung

Patellaspitzensyndrom richtig therapiert Unter Fußballern ist das Patellaspitzensyndrom eine weit verbreitete Knieverletzung, die auf Überbeanspruchung zurückzuführen ist. Dazu kommt, dass aufgrund der langsamen Genesung von Sehnen die Rehabilitation relativ lange dauert. Nicolas Mathieu zeigt anhand eines Fallbeispiels, wie man mithilfe von Gleichgewichts-, sensomotorischem, neuromuskulärem und „Koordinations“-Training die Überbeanspruchung der Strukturen und das Risiko einer erneuten Beinverletzung reduziert.
