Note on the Inactivation of Autoprothrombin C with Diisopropylfluorophosphate or Phenylmethanesulfonyl Fluoride[*]

Summary

In relatively high concentrations DFP was found to inactivate autoprothrombin C. PMSF also inactivated the enzyme. A useful modification in our assay procedure for autoprothrombin C is described.
