Zusammenfassung

Im heutigen Gesundheitswesen ist es zunehmend wichtig, Zustand und Veränderungen von Patienten im Laufe der Behandlung objektiv und quantifizierbar beschreiben zu können. Die Anwendung von standardisierten Assessments bietet eine solche Möglichkeit. Es wird ein Überblick über Assessments vorgestellt, die für Praxen und Rehabilitationskliniken geeignet sind, Motorik in den Bereichen Spastik, Arm- und Beinmotorik, Gleichgewicht und Gehfähigkeit bei Patienten mit zentralen Paresen zu beurteilen.

Summary

In the health service it is nowadays increasingly important to give an objective and quantitative description of patients’ function over the course of treatment. Use of standardised assessments offers such a tool. An overview of tests is presented, suitable for clinics and rehabilitation hospitals for assessment in the areas of spasticity, upper and lower extremity motor function and activities, balance and gait in patients with central paresis.
