Summary

Investigation of the in vitro red cell uptake of triiodothyronine as a test of thyroid function showed that there was no significant difference when fresh saline dilutions of 125I-T3 were used in place of 131I-T3.

Des études sur la fixation „in vitro“ erythrocytaire de la triiodothyronine au test fonctionnel de la glande thyroïdienne ont démontré qu’il n’y a aucune difference significative à condition qu’on prenne des dilutions salines fraiches de 125I-T3 aul lieu de 131I-T3.

Bei Verwendung der In-vitro-Speicherung von Trijodthyronin durch Erythrozyten als Test der Schilddrüsenfunktion zeigte sich kein signifikanter Unterschied wenn frische Kochsalzverdünnungen von 125I-T3 statt 131J-T3 benutzt wurden.
