Zusammenfassung

Es geschieht fast unbemerkt und hat doch massive Auswirkungen. Das allmähliche „Verschwinden der Bewegung“ besser noch das „Verschwinden der körperlichen Aktivität“ ist eine der wichtigsten Veränderungen, die die zunehmende Technisierung und Automatisierung für die Menschen in den Industriestaaten mit sich gebracht hat. Wir müssen deshalb davon ausgehen, dass das Problem der mangelnden körperlichen Aktivität nicht allein durch ein verstärktes Sportengagement gelöst wird. Lösungen sind dort zu finden, wo Sie entstehen, wir müssen verstärkt für alltagsnahe Bewegung sorgen. Die inzwischen weltweit anerkannte Empfehlung, sich täglich 30 Minuten zu bewegen sollte auch als „Anschlussempfehlung“ in der Rehabilitation verstärkt genutzt werden. Der Beitrag liefert dazu die Begründung.

Summary

Why “30 minutes daily" is the better concept

It happens nearly unnoticed and has nevertheless substantial effects. The gradual “disappearance of physical activity” is one of the most important accompanying changes, which increasing mechanization and automation have brought for humans in the industrial nations. We must assume therefore the problems of lack of physical activity cannot be solved by intensified sport commitment alone. Solutions are to be found at the place of their origin and we must promote physical activity in everyday life. In the meantime the world-wide recognized recommendation “30 minutes daily” should be used also as a connective recommendation in the sector of rehabilitation. This paper supplies evidence and guidelines in this regard.
