Zusammenfassung

BRACE ODER TAPE?  Trotz vieler positiver Studienergebnisse zum Schutz des Sprunggelenks vor Distorsionen ist die Verletzungszahl unverändert hoch. Der Amsterdamer Bewegungswissenschaftler Eric Verhagen weiß, warum präventive Maßnahmen nicht greifen, und nennt Lücken und Stolpersteine. Er setzt auf besser vernetzte Forschungsarbeiten und einen verhaltensorientierten Ansatz – für echte Verletzungsprävention im Sport.
