Zusammenfassung

Häufig müssen endoskopische Eingriffe unter medikamentös induzierten Störungen der Hämostase vorgenommen werden. Bei der Entscheidung zur Durchführung endoskopischer Eingriffe unter oraler Antikoagulation oder Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung muss das individuelle Risiko des Patienten, durch die Wiederherstellung der plasmatischen oder thrombozytären Gerinnungssituation thrombembolische Komplikationen zu erleiden, gegen das individuelle Blutungsrisiko des geplanten endoskopischen Eingriffs abgewogen werden. Der vorliegende Artikel bietet eine Zusammenfassung der aktuellen Empfehlungen verschiedener Fachgesellschaften.

Abstract

Endoscopic procedures frequently have to be performed under medicamentously induced disturbance of haemostasis. Taking the decision to perform an endoscopic procedure under oral anticoagulation or anti-platelet therapy, the individual risk oft the patient to sustain a thrombembolic complication by reestablishing haemostasis has to be taken into account of the individual risk of bleeding by the intended endoscopic procedure. The present article offers a summary oft the current recommendations of various professional associations.
