Significance
Conjugated polymers composed of electron-accepting monomers were synthesized under Suzuki polycondensation conditions. In a top gate/bottom contact OFET with polystyrene dielectric, electron mobilities of 2 x 10-² and 8 x 10-4 cm² V-¹s-¹ were achieved for P1 and P2.
