The legend for Fig. 1, page 1005 should read: Fig. 1. Video cholangioscopy by using a percutaneous approach with infusion of sterile saline solution (a, c) and trans-papillary video cholangioscopy using CO2 gas insufflation (b, d). There is a normal bile duct (a, b) and a malignant stricture to be seen (c, d).
