Neurozentriertes Training: ein systemischer Ansatz zur Leistungsoptimierung durch das zentrale Nervensystem

Der Begriff „neurozentriertes Training“ ist in aller Munde. Doch was genau versteht man darunter? Der Artikel erklärt die neurophysiologischen Grundlagen, beschreibt die Trainingsmethodik sowie diagnostische Verfahren und zeigt auf, wo das neurozentrierte Training im Sport eingesetzt werden kann.
