Der Weg einer Profifußballerin zurück zur Leistungsfähigkeit – Teil 2
Autoren
In der letzten Ausgabe der Sportphysio haben die Autor*innen den Ablauf der ersten 6 Wochen einer Reha beschrieben, in denen sich eine Profifußballerin bis kurz vor ihre Rückkehr auf den Platz zurückkämpft. Jetzt steigt die Athletin ins Lauftraining ein und soll, gestützt auf festgelegte Kriterien, wieder zu ihrer vollen Leistungsfähigkeit zurückkehren.
