Schwangerschaft, Geburt und frühe Elternschaft sind bedeutende Schwellensituationen, die häufig mit positiven Erwartungen einhergehen, gleichzeitig jedoch auch vulnerable Lebensphasen darstellen. Der Beitrag bietet einen Überblick über Prävalenz, Symptome und Auswirkungen sowie therapeutische Optionen peripartaler psychischer Störungen.
