Das Equine Coronavirus (ECoV) – ein aktueller Überblick

Die Infektion mit dem Equinen Coronavirus nimmt scheinbar und dies nicht nur aufgrund eines gesteigerten Bewusstseins seit 2010 kontinuierlich zu. Im Vordergrund stehen hierbei vor allem Erkrankungen des Magen-Darm-Trakts, die von Fieber begleitet sein können. Insgesamt aber verläuft die Infektion milder und bleibt meist komplikationslos, wie der nachfolgende Bericht erklärt.
