Suizidalität: Risikoabschätzung, Krisenintervention und Psychotherapie

In Deutschland sterben pro Jahr in etwa 10000 Menschen an einem Suizid. 90 % der Betroffenen leiden zum Zeitpunkt der Selbsttötung an einer psychischen Erkrankung. Entsprechend ist die Auseinandersetzung mit Suizidgedanken und -versuchen ein häufiges Thema klinisch-therapeutischen Handelns. Der Artikel zeigt Strategien im Umgang mit Suizidversuchen und legt den Schwerpunkt auf kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutische Ansätze.
