Sir,

We have read with great interest the reply to our case report, entitled as a letter to the editor. As human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) plays a significant immunosuppressive role, it is accompanied by various types of malignancies, especially Kaposi’s sarcoma, cervical cancer, and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.[1],[2] The letter presents a new perspective to the case of orbital rhabdomyosarcoma in adulthood and its aggressiveness. In our case, unfortunately, we are not able to communicate with the patient anymore, as he has not attended the follow-up session later for reasons that are not known. Hoping new studies can shed light on this topic.
