Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend von einer Standortbestimmung der Therapie in der modernen Medizin werden prinzipielle Aspekte zur Entwicklung interdisziplinärer Therapiekomplexe dargestellt. Dabei werden die Unterschiede der Wirkungen der Therapiemittel in der Physiotherapie und Pharmakotherapie eingehend behandelt. Fragen der Spezifität und Nebenwirkungen werden ebenso besprochen wie der Stellenwert der beiden Therapieformen im Rahmen eines allgemeinen Krankheitkonzepts.

Summary

Issuing from a determination of the location of therapy in modern medicine principal aspects concering the development of interdisciplinary therapy complexes are described. In this case the differences of the effects of the therapeutic remedies in physiotherapy and pharmacotherapy are treated in detail. Problems of the specifity and side effects are also discussed as well as the value of the two forms of therapy in the framework of a general concept of a disease.
