Zusammenfassung

Bei 50 Patienten mit einer Acne papulopustulosa wurde eine selektive UV-Phototherapie mit dem Heimsolarium „TuR UV-20” durchgeführt. Nach 19 Ganzkörperbestrahlungen (kumulative UVA-Dosis 45,9 J/cm2) konnten in 60% der Fälle gute bis sehr gute und in 38% mäßige klinische Besserungen erreicht werden. Dieser gute therapeutische Effekt bezieht sich vor allem auf die sekundären Akneeffloreszenzen. Beachtenswert ist die passagere Zunahme der entzündlichen Akneläsionen zu Beginn der Bestrahlungsbehandlung.

Summary

In 50 patients with papulopustulous acne was made a selektive UV-phototreatment using the “TuR UV-20” irradiation unit. After 19 whole body irradiations (cumulative UVA-dose 45.9 J/cm2) there were achived in 60% of the cases good to exelent and in 38% less clinical results. This good therapeutic effect refers mainly to the secundary aneefflorscences Worth mentioning is the temporary increase of inflammatory acnelesions when the treatment by irratiations was started.
