Manualmedizinische Differenzialdiagnose des Schwindels und des Tinnitus

Zusammenfassung

Schwindel und Tinnitus sind außerordentlich häufig beklagte Symptome. Bei einem großen Teil dieser Beschwerden finden sich in den apparativen Untersuchungen keine Korrelate. Die Manuelle Medizin kann einen Beitrag leisten im differenzialdiagnostischen Prozess der Beurteilung von Schwindel und Tinnitus, ebenso in der Behandlung nach Ausschluss definierter Erkrankungen. Im folgenden Beitrag werden Differenzialdiagnostik und Therapie dieses Komplexes dargestellt sowie eine manualmedizinisch basierte Syndrombildung „Schwindel” und „Tinnitus” vorgestellt und diskutiert.

Abstract

Dizziness and tinnitus are extraordinary frequent symptoms lamented by many patients. No correlates are found at a large portion of these complaints in machine-aided examinations. The Manual Medicine can make a contribution to the differential diagnosis process of dizziness and tinnitus. In the following contribution differential diagnosis and therapy of this complex are represented as well as manual medically based syndromes “dizziness” and “tinnitus” are introduced and discussed.
