Zusammenfassung

Die Bedeutung der Intuition in der Medizin wird anhand ihrer historischen Entwicklung und philosophischen Einordnung untersucht. Die Rolle der „raison de la mathématique” wird der „raison du cœur” gegenübergestellt und bewertet.

Die Schulmedizin findet ihre Erkenntnisse kausal, analytisch, manchmal erliegt sie einem Messbarkeitswahn. Aber auch die alternative Heilkunde ist auf ihre Weise einseitig, weil sie bisweilen das Rationale zu wenig berücksichtigt.

In der Medizin sind alle vier geistig-seelischen Funktionen gefordert: Denken, Fühlen, Empfinden und Intuition. Erst die gute Mischung dieser Ingredienzien erweitert Heiltechnik zu Heilkunst.

Summary

The significance of intuition in medicine is inquired by means of its historical development and its philosophical classification. The role of „raison de la mathé-matique” is valued and confronted with the „raison du cœur”.

Conventional medicine will find its perceptions in a causal, analytical way, supersticiously trusting in the delusion of measurability. But alternative medicine is one-sided in its own way, too, not properly taking into consideration the rationale.

In medicine all the four functions of mind are requested: intellect, emotion, sensation and intuition. Only a good mixture of these ingredients will widen the technique of cure to the art of healing.
