Grundlegende Aspekte der Implantatchirurgie

Lernziele

Der Leser soll nach dem Durcharbeiten des Artikels

• ein standardisiertes chirurgisches Behandlungskonzept bei Implantatversorgung überblicken,

• die grundlegenden Schritte der klinischen und radiologischen Diagnostik sowie notwendiger Vorbehandlungen rekapituliert haben,

• Kriterien für die Anzahl erforderlicher Implantate im Ober- und Unterkiefer anhand von Regelversorgungskonzepten kennen,

• einen Überblick über aktuell etablierte Verfahren zum Implantationszeitpunkt nach Zahnextraktion besitzen,

• Indikationen zur Auswahl der derzeit gebräuchlichen Techniken der Implantatfreilegung kennengelernt haben und

• Konzepte zur prothetischen Belastung der inserierten Implantate überblicken.
