Introduction

Pulmonary epitheloid hemangioendothelioma (PEH) is a rare vascular tumour with an epitheloid appearance, originating from endothelial cells. Although it is a slow growing tumour, extensive pulmonary involvement, intrathoracic and systemic spread has been documented.
