Zusammenfassung

Das Auftreten eines Serotoninsyndroms ist im Rahmen des Nebenwirkungsspektrums der Therapie mit serotonergen Substanzen prinzipiell möglich. Diagnostische Kriterien zur Diagnosenstellung wurden erarbeitet. Es ist in der Regel nach Absetzen der serotonergen Therapie innerhalb kurzer Zeit voll reversibel.
