Special Acknowledgments

In 1998 Seminars in Neurology began an educational initiative aimed at providing the journal to neurology residents in training through an unrestricted educational grant from Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. In 2004, our grant will allow us to mail the journal to all residents in training. The success of the program is contingent upon an accurate and updated listing of residents in training. Seminars in Neurology is most grateful for the assistance of the American Academy of Neurology for providing the 2004 mailing list to be used in this year's resident distribution program
