Zusammenfassung

Im letzten Teil der Publikationsreihe wird die Registrierung auf der Basis der Funktionsabformungen beschrieben. Das praktische Vorgehen bei der Montage von Stützstift-Registrierplatten wird ebenso dargestellt wie die Gesichtsbogenübertragung und die Aufzeichnung der sagittalen Kondylenbahn mit dem Condylator®-System. Das Vorgehen im zahntechnischen Labor von der Modellherstellung über die Modellmontage bis zur Zahnaufstellung wird kurz berichtet. Es muss in enger Absprache mit dem Zahnarzt erfolgen. Abschließend werden die Vor- und Nachteile des dargestellten Verfahrens zusammenfassend gewürdigt.

Summary

The last part of the series describes the bite registration using the functional impressions as templates. The practical procedures of mounting the central-bearing-point templates as well as the face-bow transfer and the recording of the sagittal condylar path using the Condylator®-System are explained. The laboratory procedures of pouring and mounting the casts as well as the set up of the teeth are briefly outlined. They have to be performed in close collaboration with the dentist. Finally the advantages and the disadvantages of the described method are summarized and reflected.
