Eine Literaturanalyse zum Einfluss von Ernährungsfaktoren auf die Arthrose

Zusammenfassung

Der Einfluss von Ernährungsfaktoren in Prävention und Therapie chronischer Erkrankungen gewinnt derzeit ein zunehmendes Interesse. Inwiefern diese im Konzept der Arthrosetherapie von Bedeutung sein können und welche Ergebnisse für einen möglichen Einsatz von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln sprechen, wird anhand einer Literaturanalyse überprüft. Die Ergebnisse der zu diesem Problem identifizierten Studien werden dargestellt und daraus resultierende therapeutische Einsatzmöglichkeiten diskutiert.

Abstract

The influence of nutritive factors in prevention and therapy of chronic diseases is (presently) of increasing interest. On a base of literature analysis it is examined to what extent these factors could be relevant in the concept of osteoarthritis therapy and which results suggest a use of nutritional supplements. Conclusions derived from the results of the analysed studies are presented and resultant therapeutic indications are discussed.
