Zusammenfassung

Ein hyperdivergenter Klasse-II-Patient mit starkem Engstand in beiden Zahnbögen wird vorgestellt. Die Behandlung erfolgte mit Extraktion aller ersten Prämolaren und unter Verwendung eines Headgears. Das günstige Resultat ist auf die exzellente Mitarbeit des Patienten zurückzuführen.

Abstract

A high angle Class II with severe crowding in both arches is presented. Treatment was carried out by extraction of all first premolars and the use of a headgear. The favourable outcome was possible because of the patient's excellent cooperation.
