Reanimation unter besonderen Bedingungen

Zusammenfassung

Trotz dem einheitlichen Vorgehen bei der kardiopulmonalen Reanimation auf der Basis eines allgemeinen akzeptierten universellen Algorithmus gibt es differente Grundschädigungen, die einer speziellen Adaptation der Reanimation bedürfen. Derartige Sonderfälle stellen die Reanimation bei Trauma, bei Schwangerschaft, bei Hypothermie, bei Beinaheertrinken und Anaphylaxie dar. Hierfür existieren sowohl internationale wie nationale Empfehlungen mit konkreten Handlungsanweisungen.

Abstract

Desipte the standardized therapeutic approach during cardiopulmonary reanimation based on generally accepted universal algorithms there are special situations of injury requiring an adaptation of reanimation standards. These special situations are represented during the reanimation in a trauma-situation, reanimation during pregnancy, hypothermia, near-drowning and anaphylaxis. Special instructions based on international as well as national recommendations are available for these situations.
