Diesen therapeutischen Nihilismus haben wir alle während des Medizinstudiums schon
einmal gehört. Die Naturheilkunde bietet jedoch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, die Krankheitsneigung
zu verringern, den Verlauf eines akuten Infektes zu verkürzen oder die Symptome zu
lindern. Die wichtigsten Methoden der physikalischen, orthomolekularen und Phytotherapie
sollen kurz, aber mit konkreten Behandlungsempfehlungen vorgestellt werden.
Abstract
“A cold lasts without treatment seven days and with treatment for a week”. All of
us have heard this therapeutical nihilism during the study of medicine. The alternative/complementary
medicine offers however numerous possibilities to reduce the illness slope, to shorten
the course of an acute infection or to soothe the symptoms. The most important methods
of physical and orthomolecular medicine and phytotherapy shall be introduced with
concrete treatment recommendations.
