Zusammenfassung
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird der Fall einer kombinierten Knieverletzung mit Ruptur
des Ligamentum patellae, frischer kompletter vorderer Kreuzbandruptur, medialer Kapselbandteilruptur
und Abriss des medialen Meniskusvorderhorns als Folge eines Knierotationstraumas bei
einer 28-jährigen Skifahrerin vorgestellt. Nach adaptierender Patellarsehnennaht,
primärer Kreuzbandplastik aus Semitendinosussehne, Innenband- und Innenmeniskusnaht
erfolgte eine frühfunktionelle krankengymnastische Übungsbehandlung mit Bewegungslimitierung
in einer Knieorthese. Im Rahmen der Nachuntersuchung fünf Monate postoperativ zeigte
die Patientin eine freie Kniegelenkfunktion bei stabilen Bandverhältnissen und freier
aktiver Streckfähigkeit.
Abstract
A case in which a 28-year-old female skier simultaneously ruptured the patellar tendon,
anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), medial collateral ligament (MCL) and medial meniscus
during a skiing injury is reported. Primary repair of the patellar tendon, reconstruction
of the MCL, arthroscopic repair of the ACL and the medial meniscus was performed at
the same time of surgery.A functional knee brace with limited range of motion was
used for the postoperative rehabilitation program. At follow-up, 5 month after surgery,
the patient had full range of knee motion, no ligamentous instability and a good quadriceps
muscle function.
