Abstract

Two new guaianolide glucosides, deacetylmatricarin 8-O-β-glucopyranoside and 11β-hydroxyleukodin 11-O-β-glucopyranoside, were isolated from roots of Taraxacum obovatum, along with four known sesquiterpene lactones, deacetylmatricarin, sonchuside A, taraxinic acid β-glucopyranosyl ester and its 11β,13-dihydro derivative. Their structures were established by spectral methods.
