Zusammenfassung
Wir präsentieren zwei Kasuistiken von postinterventionell entstandenen retrogastralen
Abszessen, einmal als postoperative Komplikation nach Pankreaslinksresektion, einmal
als Komplikation bei einer biliären Pankreatitis. In beiden Fällen führte eine endosonographisch
gestützte transgastrale endoskopische Dränage mit einer dicklumigen Endoprothese Typ
„Amsterdam”, Länge 4 cm, 11,5 Fr zur kompletten Dränage der Abszesshöhle. Die Prothesen
konnten jeweils im Intervall nach mehreren Wochen endoskopisch entfernt werden. In
geeigneten Fällen erscheint die endosonographisch gestützte transgastrale endoskopische
Dränage retrogastraler Abszesse als Therapie der Wahl.
Abstract
We report on two patients with postinterventional retrogastric abscesses, one as a
postoperative complication after partial pancreatectomy, one as a complication of
biliary pancreatitis. In both cases, the abscess cavity could be completely drained
by EUS-guided endoscopic application of a short “Amsterdam” stent, length 4 cm, 11.5
Fr. The stents could be removed by endoscopy after an interval of several weeks. In
suitable cases EUS-guided endoscopic transgastral stenting appears to be the therapy
of choice for retrogastral abscesses.
