Was gibt es Neues in der Thoraxchirurgie?

In ihrer kürzesten Form könnte die Antwort so lauten: Beim Bronchialkarzinom PET etabliert - aber nicht in Deutschland, Zukunft der Mediastinoskopie videoassistiert, radikale mediastinale Lymphadenektomie bestätigt, multimodale Therapie der fortgeschrittenen Stadien ausgereift, Videothorakoskopie bei den Mediastinaltumoren umstritten, beim Pneumothorax nichts Neues, dafür Klarheit beim Pleuraempyem und der Lungenvolumenreduktion, bei der Lungentransplantation immer bessere Methoden aber noch weniger Spender.
