Abstract

From the methanolic extract of the flowers of A. napellus ssp. tauricum four new flavonol glycosides: quercetin 3-O-(6-trans-caffeoyl)-β-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (1), kaempferol 3-O-(6-trans-caffeoyl)-β-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (2), quercetin 3-O-(6-trans-p-coumaroyl)-β-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (3), and kaempferol 3-O-(6-trans-p-coumaroyl)-β-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-rhamnopyranoside (4), together with the known β-3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl β-glucopyranoside were isolated. The structural elucidation of all compounds was deduced on the basis of 1H- and 13C-NMR spectral data, including those derived from 2D-NMR, as well as on HPLC-MS results.
