Abstract
Cell suspension cultures of stem-derived callus of Taxus wallichiana in MS-F culture media were found to produce three C-14 oxygenated taxoids and one
regular taxoid. The taxoids were identified as yunnanxane (1), 2α,5α,10β,14β-tetraacetoxy-4(20),11-taxadiene (2), 2α,5α,10β-triacetoxy-14β-(2-methyl)-butyryloxy-4(20),11-taxadiene (3) and 1β-hydroxybaccatin I (4).
