Knöcherne Ausrissverletzung der Extensor carpi radialis brevis-Sehne von der Basis des dritten Mittelhandknochens

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über den seltenen Fall eines geschlossenen knöchernen Ausrisses der Extensor carpi radialis brevis-Sehne radialseitig von der Basis des dritten Mittelhandknochens mit intraartikulärer Beteiligung berichtet. Die vollständige anatomische und funktionelle Wiederherstellung des dritten Karpometakarpalgelenkes erfolgte durch offene Reposition und Verschraubung des Knochenfragmentes mittels zweier Leibinger-Minischrauben.

Summary

An uncommon case of a closed avulsion fracture to the base of the third metacarpal bone by the extensor carpi radialis brevis tendon is described.

The dislocation of the small bony fragment was reduced by open reposition and internal fixation with two Leibinger mini-screws.
