Endoscopic Craniofacial Resection Using an Envelope Technique—How I Do It

This is a surgical technique video of Endoscopic craniofacial resection of a sinonasal mass, where an attempt is made to ensure en bloc resection of bilateral ethmoids, nasal septum, as well as the cribriform dura, by “enveloping” the tumor along with the next compartment to ensure a complete resection of the tumor with negative margins. The video attempts to outline the basic steps in this video.
