Endoscopic Craniofacial Resection of Olfactory Neuroblastoma with Mini-Open Pericranial Flap Reconstruction
A 79-year-old male presented with 9 months of nasal obstruction and anosmia. Evaluation revealed a pulsatile, lobulated mass involving both nasal cavities, extending into the anterior cranial fossa. Biopsy confirmed olfactory neuroblastoma (T4aN0M0 staging). The patient underwent endoscopic craniofacial resection with mini-open tunneled pericranial flap and bilayer fascia lata graft reconstruction. Postoperative course was uneventful, with all margins negative. This video highlights the surgical nuances of this versatile skull base reconstruction technique.
