A 65-year-old female presented with headache and weakness and was diagnosed with a foramen magnum meningioma. This was maximally resected under a surgical microscope and intraoperative neuromonitoring, leading to an excellent outcome for the patient. This exemplifies the effectiveness of microsurgical techniques in resecting complex skull base tumors.
