    In first stage, endoscopic endonasal approach is adopted. Sphenoidotomy and medial maxillotomy performed. Pterygopalatine fossa (PPF) is exposed and pterygoid body drilled. Using 0 and 45 degree scopes, tumor removed from temporal dura, and PPF from pterygoid muscles. In Stage 2, an endoscopic trans-orbital approach was used to drill into sphenoid wing. Residual tumor removed.
