Falcotentorial meningiomas are rare, complex tumors located at the junction of the falx cerebri and the tentorium cerebelli. These tumors pose significant surgical challenges due to their proximity to critical neurovascular structures, including the deep venous system and the brainstem. This surgical video demonstrates an interhemispheric occipital approach for resecting a giant falcotentorial meningioma. Detailed intraoperative views highlight key anatomical landmarks and surgical techniques to ensure maximum safe resection.
