Background: Uretero-arterial fistula (UAF) is a rare and challenging clinical entity requiring prompt recognition and specialized management. This educational poster aims to detail the role of interventional radiology in the identification and management of UAF.

Educational Points: The educational poster will illustrate through three case examples, the clinical presentations, diagnostic techniques, and therapeutic interventions for management of UAF. Early detection and appropriate intervention are pivotal to improving patient outcomes. This poster emphasizes the utility of imaging modalities such as digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) urography. As well as interventional radiological techniques for UAF management, such as endovascular stenting and embolization, providing an overview of each approach. This educational poster serves as an indispensable resource for health care professionals seeking to enhance their proficiency in recognizing and managing uretero-arterial fistula. As UAF poses a rare yet critical clinical challenge, this educational tool emphasizes the unique contributions of interventional radiology in both diagnosis and treatment and empowers clinicians to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary framework.
